Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation and Modification

We process and prepare orders very quickly to ensure fast shipping. Once an order has been placed, it is immediately sent to our processing center and can no longer be modified or cancelled. We therefore strongly recommend that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

  • Subject: “Order Cancellation”

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

⚠️ Please note that we cannot guarantee any modification or cancellation once the order has been placed.


Right of Withdrawal – Returns

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Our return policy is valid for up to 30 days after delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • In its original packaging

  • With all tags intact

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, returns will not be accepted if the product has been used.


Non-refundable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products (ebooks, digital content)

👉 A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete any return.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt and notifying you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

⚠️ Original shipping costs are only refundable if the cancellation occurs before the order has been shipped.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank (processing times may apply)

Sale Items

Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@ohprettybabes.com.


Return Shipping

To return your product, please contact us at support@ohprettybabes.com. We will then provide you with the return procedure and the address of the authorized warehouse.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • They are non-refundable

  • They may be deducted from your refund if applicable

⚠️ Returned items remain your responsibility until they are received by our warehouse.

👉 For any return over €50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

⚠️ We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without a tracking number.
