At ohprettybabes.com, we do our best to ensure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible so that you know exactly what to expect when you receive your order. We want our customers to have complete confidence in what they purchase.
Order Cancellation Policy
We pride ourselves on our ability to process orders quickly. Most orders are processed within 12 hours.
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at support@ohprettybabes.com as soon as possible. Since the majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, it is imperative that you contact us during this time frame so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.
⚠️ No cancellation requests can be accepted once the order has already been processed.
Incorrect Address
It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your shipping address and to contact us promptly to request any changes. Address changes can only be made if the order has not yet been processed.
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.).
In such cases, parcels may be returned to us. If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you the choice of:

A refund of your order, minus shipping costs, or

A reshipment, depending on your preference.
⚠️ You are not eligible for a refund or reshipment until the parcel has been received back by the sender.
Return Policy
We accept returns for any reason! Whether you are dissatisfied or simply changed your mind.

Our return policy is 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.

Once this form is completed and signed, you may send it back along with your package to the address provided by our support team.
